Yesterday afternoon we had a lovely visit with our friends at Nature’s Emporium Wholistic Market in Newmarket, Ontario–maybe one of North America’s largest natural food grocery stores! This place was huge, brimming with a plethora of healthy food choices – it was like being in natural food heaven!
Everyone at Nature’s is super friendly, very knowledgeable about health and wellness and exceptionally progressive in the health industry. Huge supporters of Arvinda’s, Culinary Director and Chef Andrew Muto spikes some of his creative, delicious dishes with a hint of our Indian spice blends here and there, like this Cauliflower and Chick Pea Curry.
Getting the ‘red carpet treatment’ we feasted on the hot table. My plate was so colourful and dotted with all sorts of goodies ranging from quinoa to chick peas, Kashmiri spiced goat cheese to one of the best Asian stir-frys.
With all that great hospitality and good conversation, we felt like we were in India! I think every customer gets the Nature’s Emporium treatment with a personal touch from all the wonderful people who work there.
Anytime you’re north of Toronto, plan a visit to Nature’s Emporium – it’s more like nature’s heaven!
