Thanks to Nienke of Revel Blog, I was introduced to a unique chick pea curry recipe topped with coconut and bananas using Arvinda’s Curry Powder. I never had this combination of flavours before and it was surprisingly pleasing with the sweetness of the banana and warming curry flavours. Very cool recipe! This reminded me of sandy beaches of the tropics, especially perfect for now when we need those feelings of warmth the most!

Cooking notes: When I made this curry, I used chick pea flour instead of flour and chose to use Arvinda’s Curry Masala for more intensity. I also added about 1/2 cup of water to create more of a sauce.
