Yum! This makes me miss working in a Indian Restaurant (I worked at Tabla in NYC before it shut down.) Our head chef- Floyd Cardoz went on to win Top Chef Masters!
That’s great! Heard great things about Tabla, and all the wonderful and unique Indian restaurants in NYC!
I’m going to ask Jonathan to make this – looks great! and so do you and your website!

I love the look of those … some sort of sauce on the side?
You can eat Uttapams with a chutney of some sort, Tamarind or Cilantro chutney. Or it can be had with a thin lentil soup called Sambar.
