I’ve sampled these Marinated Paneer Kebabs all summer long and the feedback has been great!
This is a no-fuss recipe, perfect for a long weekend! It’s so easy, you can make it without a map or recipe, but here it is anyway!
Marinated Paneer Kebabs
1 pkg. paneer (or 1 cup), cubed
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. Arvinda’s Tandoori Masala
1 red pepper, cubed
1 zucchini, cubed
1 red onion, cubed
24 bamboo skewers
Method: In a bowl, add oil and blend in 1 tbsp. Arvinda’s Tandoori Masala. Add paneer and vegetables. Mix and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Thread onto bamboo skewers. Grill until paneer is heated through and is golden brown. Serve with rice, salad and yogurt raita for a complete meal.
