Come and join us on October 16th at Roy Thompson Hall for Eat To The Beat–Willow Breast Cancer Support Canada’s premium food event of the year!
My mother Arvinda and I will be among 60 female chefs once again for Eat To The Beat, Willow Breast Cancer Support Canada’s premium food event at Roy Thompson Hall on October 16th, 2012.
I hear there are still a few tickets left on sale! Purchase tickets here.
We’ve participated in this event since its conception in the mid 90s. Now in it’s 17th year, we strive to creatively put together an Indian-themed appetizer that is bite-sized, upscale, preferably vegetarian, healthy and delicious.
We’ve served everything from Pani Puri; Pathra—a Gujarati specialty of colacasia leaf spirals with a chick pea paste filling; Butter Chicken nested in Crispy Naan Cups, Pav Bhaji on Garlic Crostini just to name a few.
Here are a couple of photos from previous years…
Hope to see you at the event and come by to try our appetizer. Hint, we’re using Arvinda’s Tandoori Masala this year!
