		<description><![CDATA[My favourite is the fried potato sticks spiced with chili powder that we add to a chevdo mix. Chevdo usually has peanuts, raisins, rice puffs, pressed rice (mostly all deep fried too).

		<description><![CDATA[Hi Denise, you can try it with chick pea flour blended with soft whole wheat flour and it should work out okay. Because chick pea flour does not have any gluten in it, on it&#039;s own will not bind properly and may remain uncooked. 

For gluten-free version try with chick pea flour plus a gluten-free baking mix that contains a mixture of rice flour, potato, oat flours etc. Please let me know if this turns out!
